Teamness and its web sites are property of Bitground Software SRL.
When you use the Teamness web sites, our servers may collect information indirectly and automatically (through, for example, the use of your "IP address") about your activities while visiting the web sites, including the web pages you view and the times you view them and information about the browser you are using. We do not link browsing information to the personal information you submit to us. We use this browsing information for systems administration purposes and for internal purposes such as to help us to understand how the web sites are being used and to improve them. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. In some cases your IP address stays the same from browser session to browser session; but if you use a consumer Internet access provider, your IP address probably varies from session to session.
When you register to become a member of Teamness, you submit information such as your name, email address and time zone. As part of your personal profile, you may choose to submit additional information such as phone numbers, addresses, photos and other content. If you authenticate to Teamness using an external service, like your Google or Yahoo account, your email address and your full name is collected in order to identify you in the system. The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for any purposes.
The security of your personal information depends on your protection of your account password. Please do not disclose your account password to unauthorized people. Teamness uses industry standard technology designed to help keep your personal information safe.
We do not keep or handle any type of sensitive financial information, as all our transactions are at this time processed by the payment processor.
We also use Google conversion tracking mechanism to measure the conversion rate for our Google AdWords campaigns. This allows us to view how many users sign up into Teamness after clicking on Google text ads.
The mechanism is based on a Google cookie set when a user clicks on an ad delivered by Google. The cookie expires in 30 days and is not personally-identifiable. You may find out more details about Google conversion tracking here: http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=86269. If you want to disable conversion tracking cookies, you can set your browser to block cookies from the googleadservices.com domain.
